Your measurement results are recorded in the app and automatically presented in a journal format, clear graphs, reports, and essential health statistics. Tailored to your needs, the app recommends measurement frequencies according to your doctor's guidance and the Polish Diabetological Society (PTD), assisting you in daily routines to better understand your condition and how daily activities affect your health.
The app includes an educational module with interesting facts and articles to empower you to take control of your health. Features include automatic result tracking, report sharing with your doctor, adding contextual notes to measurements, scheduling glucose profiles, estimating HbA1c levels, and monitoring results against target values. Additionally, the app offers reminders, educational materials, and a pedometer to track daily physical activity.
